Message	PS - this was 8 years ago and is why I will never take my cars back to Courtesy for service. I know they have long since changed their GM, SM, ownership, etc. but there is a very deep wound and lack of trust. Their parts guys are great (and even helped me to resolve the service issue), and I'm happy to deal with them; but that's it.
